Usana health services is an multi-level marketing company that keeps its main focus on the research
and development of scientific health products for consumers. Creating high quality products is USANA's belief,
and an international level network marketing program takes care of the distribution
of these products. Dr. Myron Wentz was a pioneer in cell-culture technology and
founded USANA. It is his scientific background that is so key to USANA being able
to develop some of it's fields most highly advanced products.
USANA has a very innovative program, the USANA Athlete Product Sponsorship which
uses celebrity endorsements from athletes who become a part of its network
marketing system. Usana's Sponsorship Committee meets on a monthly basis to
review all applications received from sports figures worldwide, based on their
qualifications, a personality is selected.
USANA also has a program which provides complete support of the Children's Hunger
Fund, donations are made by Usana to the Children's Hunger Fund as a personal
favorite of Dr. Wentz. Dr. wentz provides a further commitment to young adults
and children with the USANA Scholarship program called the Good Nutrition Pays
Scholarshiop Program, through which Usana pays $1000 to those individuals who
show a life style that is healthy and good.
This is just a sample of the additional activities at Usana. Their processes meet
the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) voluntarily because Usana has some of the
best manufacturing and product testing facilities in the health sciences market.
Usana's scientists can be found in New Zealand, Australia and the U.S. and the
Usana products are divided in 4 categories: Essentials, Optimizers, Macro
Optimizers and Optimizers.
This is definitely a solid company, but I personally am tired of the type of
products Usana and so many other multi level companies are offering. I haven't
met anyone making what I call serious money with Usana. I am however still testing
Usana, so check back to this web page for my complete findings on well I do with
their compensation program. Just don't hold your breath.
