Morinda Noni juice

For the last 2000 years, Polynesians have been using all natural Noni juice.

Dr. Anne Hirazumi Kim and Dr. Ralph Heinicke are Noni experts who are well known for their pioneering efforts and research. Morinda has created an exclusive relationship with both Dr. Heinicke and Dr. Kim as well as keeping up with world leading Noni research.

Pure morinda citrifolia fruit is the source of TAHITIAN NONI Juice and the only company worldwide with a full time lab devoted to the study of this fruit, is Morinda. Morinda, Inc. has trademarked the design and shape of their bottle, which is quite different, making is impossible to be copied or imitated.

Stephen Story and John Wadsworth, two food scientists, were introduced to Noni fruit in 1993 and at that time began developing TAHITIAN NONI Juice.

Morinda, Inc. was created in 1996 with a goal of making TAHITIAN NONI Juice available worldwide and it has been said that the very first company to introduce Noni juice onto the market was Morinda, Inc. Experts in research and development, nutrition and personal care are a strengthening force for the Morinda corporate team and Morinda has sought to increase their knowledge of the Noni plant/fuit through the investment of millions of dollars.

A multi-state settlement between Morinda, Inc. and the Attorney's General of Texas, Arizona, New Jersey and California was announced on August 26, 1998. Morinda, Inc., a network marketing company based in Linden, Utah was accused of making unproved claims in promotional materials and customer testimonials, claims that TAHITIAN NONI Juice can prevent, treat or even cure serious, chronic diseases like Arthritis, Depression, Diabetes or even less serious problems like Hemorrhoids. Per Federal and State food and drug laws, these types of claims turn Morinda's product into an unapproved new drug which requires approval as such before it can be sold.

The terms of the agreement are as follows:

Morinda, Inc. may not make drug claims or claims to prevent, cure or treat any disease unless TAHITIAN NONI is approved and cleared by the United States FDA.

Morinda, Inc. may not make any claims about the benefits of TAHITIAN NONI unless their validity can be verified by scientific evidence.

Morinda, Inc. may not use testimonials which indicate or imply that the claimed results are typical unless there is adequate substantiation that they are indeed typical or ordinary in their possession.

Morinda, Inc. will refund the full purchase price to each and every customer who submits a written request.

Morinda, Inc. will pay investigative costs of $100,000.

It would appear that most distributors make the effort to defend TAHITIAN NONI Juice, when the sad reality is they have spent $30 on a sixteen ounce bottle of liquid that tastes as bad as it smells. There have also been claims from the native medicine men in Tahiti that Noni can be effective when they use it but over time it is toxic.

I have personally seen people lured into selling TAHITIAN NONI Juice, buying the 3 cases required to get started, which works out to about $160 a gallon plus the shipping and handling charges, only to find they had trouble even giving it away because nobody would buy it due to the horrible smell and those taking free bottles immediately threw them away. I have been told that berry juice is added for flavor, but because Noni juice is so disgusting most people will not drink it at any price or under any circumstances.
