When you are looking for business opportunities for yourself, do you go to the search engine and type “free classifieds”? Do you search these at all for an opportunity? NO! Of course you wouldn’t, and how insulting would that be anyway.

Free classifieds are all over the internet, and they are fairly self explanatory.

The advertisers don’t pay anything for their ads and the owners of the classifieds get a lot of traffic. Normally, they only ask for a free registration , now this is to capture your information of course.

While this sounds great in theory, you have to follow one principal at all times in marketing…

Have you ever seen anyone successful spend time placing ads in free classifieds? Of course not, so you shouldn’t be either. If you just don’t have any money, this can be used to practice writing ads, but that is about it.

My suggestion, work a few extra hours or skip a movie and spend a few bucks on advertising. Stop wasting your time with free classifieds.

In order to become successful in marketing you have to think just like a customer would think.

What do I mean?

Well, my point is proven these free classifieds are filled with nothing more than resellers selling their products to each other, that’s why the response rate is almost zero.

In short, I don’t recommend free classifieds.
